Mühlenberg (1978: 23-25); Dorival (1986: 246); Vanderschelden (2018: 406-407). | First part of a manuscript divided into three volumes, while the third volume has been lost. Vol. I: Ra 1713, Cat. in Ps 1:1–68:7; vol. II: Ra 1702, Cat. in Ps 68:8–103:4a; vol. III: lost. Ra 1713 contains a Catena commentary on the Psalms (from Ps 1:1–67:8), which was written by different scribes identified in 1931 by Lobel. The quires of the manuscripts are indicated in a peculiar way (cf. Irigoin, Typologie et description codicologique, p. 98) and in some folios the names of the scribes, written in Latin characters, are visible on the edge of the lower margin (cf. Lobel, Cardinal Pole’s Manuscripts, p. 100). Some examples: f. 17 “Cremonini”; f. 31 “Genciani”; f. 59 “Bernardi”; f. 87 “Constantini”. The names of the exegetes are rubricated; ff. 041r-062v, 125r-146v (scribe C) have decorated and rubricated initial letters. | Text-type: L.
