| Provenance: The Roman part was in the possession of the Basilian College in Rome until 1786; its manuscripts originally belonged to various Basilian monasteries in southern Italy, from where they were transferred to the College, probably between 1695 and 1697.

| The unity of the two parts (Vatican, Venetian) was realised by E. Klostermann. The main problem is whether the Psalter was part of the original codex or was missing from the beginning. According to Fraenkel, it is most likely that the codex originally contained the Psalter.
