4 fragments, the largest of which (fragment b) measures 210 × 260 mm, each from different leaves of a large-format codex; Pap. G. 200 (see below) consists of 14 small fragments; R. Kraft was able to identify some of them and assign them to fragment d. Recto before verso in fragm. a/b; verso before recto in fragm. c/d. – Reconstructed number of lines 36–38; number of letters 20–34, mostly 25. Fragm. (a): on recto remnants of 6 lines with 1–15 letters; on verso remnants of 7 lines, lines 3, 5 and 7 complete; in line 1 only 4 letters preserved, otherwise the beginning of the line up to about half of the line. Fragm. (b): 24 lines on each side; recto: lines 4, 7, 10 and 11 are complete; line 24 is heavily mutilated with only 4 letters preserved; the beginnings of lines are missing in lines 17–22 with a loss of 1–4, mostly 1–2 letters, the ends of lines in lines 1–3, 8, 16, 18 and 22-23 with a loss of 9 (line 23), 13 (line 18) and 17 (line 16), otherwise of 1-6 letters; furthermore, there are isolated breaks in the centre of the lines. Verso: lines 1–15 are only slightly mutilated, whereby in lines 1–4 the beginnings of the lines are missing with a loss of 1–2 letters; otherwise there are isolated breaks in the centre of the lines; lines 5, 7, 9–12 are complete; lines 16–24 are heavily damaged, whereby none of lines 17, 19 and 23 and only 2 letters of line 24 are preserved, in the remaining lines 7-18. Fragm. (c) must be a narrow strip, as only a few letters per line are preserved. Verso: remnants of 23 lines, the beginning of the lines with 1-8, mostly 4–6 letters are preserved. The last line, 20 letters, appears to be complete in the edition; this is unlikely to be true; a square bracket has probably fallen out. The state of preservation of the recto is even worse; the edition reconstructs 25 lines, but no letters of lines 4, 10–14, 16, 18, 21 and 24 are preserved; the ends of the remaining lines are preserved with 1-8, mostly 4 letters. Fragm. (d), verso: 31 lines have been reconstructed; the beginnings of lines are preserved in lines 1–14, of which in lines 11–13 with 4–7 letters, otherwise with 10-14 letters; in the lower half the ends of the lines are preserved, but in 7 lines without letters, otherwise with 4–14, mostly 7. Recto: remains of 30 lines, whereby in lines 4 and 9 no letter has been preserved, as in lines 4 and 9. 9 no letter has survived, while lines 14 + 16 are complete, albeit with only 7 and 10 letters respectively; line 25 is also identified as complete, but as only a few letters have survived in the neighbouring lines and on the reverse, there is again an error here; probably only the beginning of the line has survived. On the recto, the end of the line is preserved in the upper section and the beginning of the line with 1–15 letters in the lower section. – The fragments identified by Kraft complete the line ends of lines 1–9 and 14 as well as lines 32, 33 and 35 on the verso; since 2 lines are missing at the end, the column on the verso thus contains 37 lines; on the recto, the line beginnings of lines 1–9 are completed; the reconstruction of the column shows 39 lines, but from line 31 no more preserved letters are shown.
