| Provenance: Filippo Sauli Private library. The 139 Greek manuscripts that are now kept in the Franzoniana Library come from the collection of Bishop Filippo Sauli. Cf. Cataldi Palau, Catalogo, p. 10; Allen, Th. W.: Notes on Greek manuscripts in Italian libraries, London 1890, p. 33. Cf. Ehrhard, Zur Catalogisirung, p. 196. After the death of Bishop Filippo Sauli, the manuscripts passed into the Ospedaletto degli incurabili in Genoa. In 1746, Sauli's collection was bought by the Library of the Missione Urbana di S. Carlo Borromeo founded by Abbot Gerolamo Franzoni (1653-1737), later known as Biblioteca Franzoniana. Cf. Cataldi Palau, Catalogo, 10–11.

Cat. in Ps.Od.
| The manuscript presents the Psalms and Odes surrounded by a Catena commentary. Catena in Psalmos: Catena Typus XIX (C 32, CPG 4, pp. 283-285). Karo — Lietzmann, Catenarum graecarum catalogus, pp. 54-56. The Catena of this manuscript is related to that transmitted by Ra_1177, i.e. Cod. Vat. gr. 1422 (cf. Ehrhard, Zur Catalogisirung, p. 196). Catena in Odas: Catena multiplex (C 46, CPG 4, pp. 307-308). The psalms are divided into καθίσματα and δόξαι. The initial letters and titles are rubricated, a change of ink is visible on f. 67. Some probationes pennae are present. The manuscript presents some later added paper leaves (s. XV–XVI). The order of the Odes recalls that of the manuscript Vat. gr. 754 (cf. Cataldi Palau, Catalogo, 41).
