Majuscule upright, round majuscule of medium size, cursive influences; verso, line 8 apparently a second-hand iota adscriptum; regular orthography; nomen sacrum spelling: θς, κς; written in stichoi, continuation of stichoi indented on following line; initials slightly enlarged when newly inserted.

| Upper outer corner of a leaf from a codex. Remains of 12 lines each on both sides; on the preceding verso the beginnings of the lines are broken off with mostly 16-17 letters; no letter preserved from lines 10 and 12; total text loss approx. 65%; on recto loss of the line ends; numbering (= line 1) preserved; between line 2 (= title) and line 3 a free line with a mark at the beginning of the line; total text loss approx. 62%.
Approx. 20-22 lines are missing between the two pages, so that the codex must have had a column length of ±35 lines with an average of 26–27 letters per long line; format according to Turner: 29.8 × 15 cm = group 6, cf. p. 18.
