Archbishop of Samos from 1666; Ownership note, f. 230r: Τὸ παρὸν ψαλτήριον ἐκομίσθει παρὰ τῆς ἐν πάτμῳ βιβλοθίκης [sic.], ἐξ ἐμοῦ ἰωσὴφ γεωργειρήνη, ταπεινοῦ ἀρχιεπισκόπου ῥωμάιου, τῆς νήσου σάμου καὶ ἐπ'ἐδώθει τῷ εὐσεβεστάτῳ καὶ κραταιῷ βασιλεῖ ΛΟΔΟΒΙΚῼ τῷ μἐγᾳ ἐνέτους, χριστοῦ ̗αχος, μηνὶ, μαρτίῳ-κε. A similar note is also present in Cod Par. gr. 86 (Aland 279), f. 12v, and Cod. Par. gr. 118 (Aland 294), f. 238v. Cf. Jackson 2011: 57.
Psalms and Odes.
| Defective at the beginning and at the end. Between ff. 9 and 10, a leaf was torn off, the numbering was added later. The manuscript must have lost several folios since Psalms 1:1–2:2, 9:23-31, 84:9–85:5 are missing. Furthermore, the Odes end on f. 250v with Ode 11, while on f. 251r follows the Epistula ad Marcellinum of St. Athanasius, with some variants. Some marginal notes are visible on ff. 183r-v. On f. 118r is an Ornamental headband on f. 118r.
