Minuscule (archaising minuscule) cf. Perria and De Gregorio/Prato.
Octateuch with miniatures.
| The manuscript is written in an archaising minuscule and probably dates around a. 1300. Older literature suggested an earlier date (11th century), which is still found in secondary literature. Its miniatures were studied, inter alia, by Weitzmann and Lowden. According to Batiffol, a collation of the Pentateuch of this manuscript was used for the Sixtina. This collation is preserved in the second volume of Cod. Vat. gr. 1241.
