s. XIΙ  Papadopoulos Kerameus dates several of the folios to s. XV (ff. 1r-1v, 9r-v, 143r-165r) and to s. XVI (ff. 2r-v, 165r-171v). They might, however, been written in a later date (s. XVI–XVII) | Parchment, 171 ff., 119 × 90 mm  119 × 90 (Nelson-Bona), 120 × 100 (Papadopoulos Kerameus), 1 col., 20-22 lines per page. | Minuscule (Epsilon style)  The beginning of each psalm is indicated with an enlarged initial and the beginning of each verse with a space between the initial and the second letter.. | Provenance: Monastery of St Sabas.
Psalms and Odes. | There are several explanatory marginal notes in the manuscript added by a fourteenth-century hand, e.g. on ff. 14r; 35v; 38v; 59v; 73r; 85v; 89r; 95v (lengthy); 116v; 137r; 141v-142r (lengthy), as well as traces of Arabic notes on ff. 66v; 89v; 103r; 125v.
